Please help us congratulate Nate Stephens Jr. on his recent achievement of a GM Master Technician!! This is a HUGE accomplishment, and we celebrated yesterday with a luncheon in his honor!

There are a total of 12 categories and a number of courses for each that are required to become a GM Master Technician. Each category may consist of 1-5 or more classes providing a rigorous and extensive coursework.

THE NEW DESIGN

The 2021 Equinox has a newly designed grille. The grille features the signature Bowtie emblem that bolsters the car’s stature. The headlamps are more slender than ever, which adds to its sportier look. Further, Chevy offers fog lights that strengthen safety and improve vision. Although it is a compact SUV, the rounded curves throughout the design enhance last year’s model’s aesthetics. Also, Chevy offers roof rails that allow additional cargo to be transported from Ilion to Little Falls.

The rear of the Equinox has an overhang on the roof. It minimizes the amount of wind flow and aids in the acceleration and performance of the SUV. Further, there is a bubble-like trunk door with the tail lights broader and brighter than ever.

And we’re BACK with our staff introductions at Steet Ponte Chevy!! The first Tuesday of every month we introduce a different face to help you get to know us better! This month, we’re introducing Mike Corian! Mike is a Sales & Leasing Consultant who lives locally in Ilion, NY! He started working with us in late 2020, and his favorite Chevy is the Chevy Silverado Trailboss. In his spare time, Mike likes to play the drums and guitar and spend time with family and friends.

We want you to know that we’re dedicated to our employee & customer’s health & safety during this time as we head into not only flu & cold season, but COVID-19 as well.

We are complying with New York State Automobile Dealer’s Association regulations and cleaning our facility every 2 hours per their instruction. We still have plexiglass in front of all desks, follow social distancing in all departments, and have cleaning supplies, extra masks, and hand sanitizer at every desk throughout our store.

We have a professional cleaning company that still comes nightly to clean the dealership as well.

Rest assured that your experience with our family and locally owned group of dealerships will not only be easy and enjoyable, but also SAFE!

As a reminder, we still offer virtual vehicle sales. Service appointments can be made online or by phone, and both service and parts can be paid for over the phone as well!
